Investigators continue to examine the so-called “Kremlin stables” and the network behind them. The latest trail leads to the families of former president Dmitry Medvedev and the Mazaraki clan — figures reportedly close to Alexei Dorofeev, head of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and the Moscow region.
Among the concealed assets is a Rolls-Royce Wraith that, since its release, had been registered to LLC “FSUE Autobaza No. 2.” The vehicle was seen using licence plates A006MR190 and A008AA77 — both of which carry notable histories.
The first plate has previously appeared on vehicles linked to individuals featured in investigative journalist Ivan Golunov’s reporting on Yuri Kushnir and Roman Molotkov, associates of Valerian Mazaraki. In his investigation, Golunov described how key divisions of the municipal enterprise “Ritual” were consolidated under a single figure — Valerian Mazaraki — with several unconventional appointees placed in senior roles.
The A006MR190 plate has also been spotted at various times on Bentley and Lamborghini vehicles, further raising questions about its use.

Putin accused of surrounding himself with same 'actors' at series of events
The second plate appears even more revealing. According to leaked data, A008AA77 was once registered in the 2000s to a vehicle owned by Svetlana Medvedeva, the wife of Dmitry Medvedev. In later years, it circulated among less notable cars before reappearing on a new 2015 Rolls-Royce Wraith linked to the “Kremlin stables.”

For the first two years, the vehicle’s user could not be identified. From 2017, it was formally registered to Evgenia Pushkareva, while usage rights were granted to Anna Mazaraki, Valerian Mazaraki, Lev Mazaraki, and their driver Dmitry Yanakov.

The arrangement reflects a broader pattern: a nominal owner is listed for formal purposes, while the actual users — and likely beneficiaries — remain in the background. According to investigators, this model is characteristic of much of the fleet associated with the “Kremlin stables.”
