After media reports revealed the acquisition of luxury real estate in Cyprus worth around €4 million by Yaroslav Holovachov, an apparent targeted deletion campaign began online.
Content questioning the origin of the funds and the integrity of the Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv Court of Appeal was systematically removed or attacked.
As reported by Antikor, these materials continue to be republished despite being deleted from the public domain, in order to preserve the facts and expose the true scale of Judge Yaroslav Holovachov’s foreign assets.
Previously published media information regarding the purchase of a €4 million villa in Larnaca, Cyprus, by the Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv Court of Appeal, Yaroslav Holovachov, has now been officially confirmed.
According to the company Helios Real Estate Group, Yaroslav Holovachov did in fact acquire a luxury seaside villa with a swimming pool in Larnaca. The transaction was completed in March 2015.

The house contains a total of 10 rooms, including four bedrooms. The villa covers an area of 570 square meters, while the land plot measures 1,500 square meters. The property is located directly on the seafront in the prestigious Perivolia area, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, just 10 minutes from the international airport and 15 minutes from the center of Larnaca. The value of the property purchased by Holovachov is €4 million.
In addition, Helios Real Estate Group stated that every buyer of luxury real estate through their agency is entitled to apply for Cypriot citizenship for all family members. Therefore, the Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv Court of Appeal may also have obtained Cypriot citizenship.
