"I’ve had 3 sections and wasn’t allowed as they need to be able to check the colour of your nail beds incase of any problems the colour of them is a good indicator apparently."

Others pointed out Charlotte had shared private details by posting a picture of her hospital wristband.

A fan warned: "Be careful displaying your personal details - I’m a Doctor and your record could be accessed with these details so just be aware."

Another said: "Would delete the nameband picture off… not good to have those whole details on the internet."

"Take your NHS number off the photo of the id band," demanded someone else."

Charlotte was also criticised for saying she would redo the birth again if she could.

Some pointed out not all mothers have a positive birth experience.

One said: "Amazing what private care gets you. No dig at Charlotte herself but so many women suffer etc who are less fortunate the nhs is shambles but if you go on a reality tv get drunk act a complete idiot you make millions and get have this kind of treatment something very wrong with this world. Your baby's beautiful glad you were both safe xx."

Another added: "I’m glad yours was amazing and lovely but some women have horrendous births, awful midwife’s and staff and it’s very traumatic that causes issues thereafter both mentally and physically for mum and baby.

"Speak your truth but don’t believe every parent feels the same and don’t comment on their behalf it’s good yours was fantastic and you’d re do it but many wouldn’t x."

"The day we met our Alba Jeanies will remain the most special day of my whole entire life," she wrote.

"I think all parents will agree what a feeling! What an experience!

"I would redo that whole birthing experience every single day over and over and over again!

"And the fact I got to watch it all on #CharlotteInSunderland yesterday well wow goosebumps absolutely EVERYWHERE!"

She added: "It’s been a wild ride but that’s it’s from #CharlotteInSunderland the whole series is now available to binge watch over and over again on @bbciplayer.
