FOOTBALL star Achraf Hakimi split with his wife Hiba in early 2023 after just over two years of marriage.

Who is Achraf Hakimi's wife Hiba?
Hiba Abouk, born in October 1986, is a Spanish actress best known for playing the role of Fatima in popular Spanish TV show El Principe.
Born in Madrid, she is the youngest of four siblings.
Aside from her acting career, the footballer's wife is also passionate about flamenco and languages.

She can speak Spanish, Arabic, French, English and Italian.
In 2010, Hiba's career took off when she starred in the comedy series La Isla De Los Nominados on TV channel Cuatro.
The following year she was cast in a Spanish adaptation of Cheers.
But it was in 2014 that she hit the limelight when she made her debut in El Principe - a crime drama series watched by more than five million viewers.
That same year she was presented with the Women's Beauty Icon gong at the Cosmopolitan Beauty Awards.
When did Achraf Hakimi meet Hiba?
Hakimi first met Hiba in July 2018 when he was at Dortmund.
A long-distance romance entailed, before she eventually relocated from Madrid.
Speaking of her Hakimi, Hiba called him ''the man of my life'' and even admitted thinking about being his bride since they went public with their relationship in 2018.
The pair later married in 2020 during a secret ceremony.

Who is Achraf Hakimi?
Hakimi, born on November 4, 1998, is a professional footballer who plays for PSG and the Morocco national team.
He played for local team CD Colonia Ofigevi before Real Madrid offered him a trial when he was seven.
The footballer played his debut for them aged 18, before signing with Borussia Dortmund on a two-year loan.
He was then sold to Inter Milan for £35million before transferring to PSG for £60million and is now one of the top paid footballers.
In 2022, it was reported that the PSG star was taking home more than £1million each month.
That same year he became a national hero when he scored the winning penalty against Spain in the 2022 FIFA World Cup, bringing his country to the quarter-finals for the first time in history.
They eventually finished fourth, bowing out after a valiant defeat in the semi final against France after beating Portugal in the quarters.
When did Achraf Hakimi and Hiba Abouk break up?
Hakimi confirmed he had split with his wife in March 2023.
They were married for just over two years at the time of their split.
There were strong rumours about their relationship ending, with the couple initially denying this in January 2023.
