KERRY Katona has been caught driving her flash new Lamborghini without valid tax which could result in a £1,000 fine.

The 42-year-old mum decided to stop off in Cheshire for a bit of pampering at the local nail salon, before jumping back into her bright green sports car to carry out errands in Alderley Edge, Cheshire.

And while onlookers were impressed by Kerry's new ride The Sun can exclusively reveal that she was driving a car that has not been taxed.

According to DVLA, the car, which boasts of a £200,000 price tag, shows that the tax was due on March 1 - which means the former reality TV star turned OnlyFans favourite - has been driving untaxed for a week.

By law, it is an offence to drive a vehicle on a public road in the UK without road tax - though there are a few exceptions to the rule.

Taking a car to a pre-booked MOT test gives you some leeway, and disabled drivers and certain vehicles such as electric cars may be exempt.

However, Kerry , who bought the car last April, does not appear to fall into those categories which means she could face a whopping fine of £1,000.

Once brought to DVLA's attention, an automated letter and fine of £80 will be sent to the registered keeper’s address.
Paying the fine within 28 days normally results in a 50 per cent discount.

Failure to pay the fine could lead to prosecution and the penalty could be increased to a maximum of £1,000 if the case goes to court.

This comes after the former I’m A Celeb winner previously revealed that her content on OnlyFans has made her a millionaire.

Since May 2020 Kerry, who also encouraged Katie Price to jump on the bandwagon, has been selling provocative snaps of herself with a subscription fee of £17.99.

In a tell-all interview with Ulrika Jonsson Kerry told the telly presenter: “I want to make money, I’m a grafter.

"I’ve been working since I was 14. Now, with something like OnlyFans, I’m actually making money while I sleep.”
