FOUR in a Bed contestants were left deflated and ‘overwhelmed’ when a competing couple critiqued their room.
On yesterday’s episode of the Channel 4 show, Georgia and Paul who run The Shuckburgh Arms in Peterborough hosted fellow B&B owners in a bid to be crowned the best value for money.

Northumberland B&B owners Michael and Danielle had to sleep in separate beds and rooms due to a lack of space at the converted barns.
Michael slept in a single room, priced at £65 per night, which had a small fridge that made noise throughout the night.
While looking at the scoring towards the end of the episode, Paul looked at Michael’s feedback for the question, ‘How did you sleep?” To which he scored the B&B an eight out of 10.
Amanda Owen insists there's 'no stress' as she opens up about 'separation'His comments read: “Slept well, good firm mattress, rattly fridge, only used one pillow, as other stained.”
Paul admitted he was “devastated”, promoting Georgia to burst into laughter. She said: “I did have an issue with that fridge.”
To which he replied: “If it’s whirring away all night, it would keep him up awake. Sorry, Michael.”
It didn’t end there, Michael marked them down for their lack of options at breakfast and expressed he would have preferred more coffee choices, given them a nine out of 10 for this criteria.
Defending their B&B, Georgia said: “We do have them, we just didn’t say.” Paul added: “Maybe we need to put the coffee options at the bottom of the menu?”
Despite the criticism, things did turn around for the better. Georgia and Paul were dubious that all of their guests would say they’d want to return.
Fortunately for them, all of their guests said they would. With Michael and Danielle describing their property as: “Wam, welcoming, faultless.”
On hearing the final scores Paul and Georgia high-fived and Paul said: “I’m over the moon with that, the game is wide open, bring it on.”
Four in a Bed airs weekdays from 5pm on Channel 4.
