Prince Harry has revealed some intimate details about a steamy night he shared with Meghan Markle in a hotel during the early days of their relationship.
In his memoir Spare, which hit the shelves on Tuesday, the Duke of Sussex recounted the passionate reunion between him and his now-wife Meghan after spending weeks apart in the summer of 2016.
The 38-year-old, who also wrote about losing his virginity behind a pub, said he was reunited with Meghan at a Soho House hotel in London on the day of the anniversary of Princess Diana's death.
Harry wrote he was waiting "breathlessly" outside Meghan's room until she opened the door and "pulled me inside".
The book read: "I want to say we hung a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door. But I don't think there was time."

Harry and Meghan in their Netflix documentary (Netflix)The couple, who were nearly two months into their relationship, had been on a romantic trip to Botswana and then spent several weeks apart as Harry had been on a holiday with his friends.
In the book, he recounted how Meghan flew to London to meet him on the day of the anniversary of the death of his mum.
He said Meghan had told him to take a secret way to the hotel where he met a friend of hers named Vanessa who led him to his girlfriend.
Harry wrote that when Meghan opened the door, her arms reached for him and then let him enter the room quickly.
The book read: "She pulled me inside and thanked her friend in one fluid motion, then slammed the door quickly before anyone saw."
Harry opened up about his private life with Meghan in his book Spare (Netflix)Spare also included claims that Prince William physically attacked Harry and teased him about his panic attacks.
The Duke of Sussex also claimed that his father King Charles put his own interests above Harry's, and was jealous of the Duchess of Sussex and the Princess of Wales.
In a US broadcast promoting the work, Harry branded Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall the "villain" and "dangerous", accusing her of rehabilitating her image at the expense of his.
The memoir was boosted into the record books with 400,000 hardback, e-book and audio format copies being snapped up, its publisher said.
Larry Finlay, managing director of Transworld Penguin Random House, said: "We always knew this book would fly but it is exceeding even our most bullish expectations.

"As far as we know, the only books to have sold more in their first day are those starring the other Harry (Potter)."
Bookshops in the UK opened early on Tuesday to offer Harry's book - but queues were sparse after leaks ahead of the publication, with industry experts predicting Spare would be one of the best-selling pre-order titles of the past decade.
It is being sold for £14, not the recommended retail price of £28, in places such as Waterstones and WHSmith as well as online at Amazon.
