Jesy Nelson revealed she's 'embracing her chubby belly' after learning to 'love herself' in recent years.
She took to her Instagram Stories to chat with her fans while lying down in bed.
The 31-year-old put a cute butterfly filter on her face and rocked a plain black crop top and Adidas track pants.
Speaking to the camera, she said: "Over this past year and taking time out, I have been focusing on my music, doing the things that I love, and being around people I love, I have really really learnt to love myself and I have just noticed real little changes in me that I never thought would happen.
"Like little things, I used to wear my trousers up here like Simon Cowell and now they are down here and I am embracing the little pot chubs belly and I just love it. I don’t care anymore."

“And I know it’s easier said than done, but the day you stop caring is the day you start bloody living. There are some words of wisdom for you guys.”
Jesy has been more active on her social media in recent days and recently vowed to get a tattoo picked by one of her fans.

"Send me your ideas and whatever one I love the most I’ll get it tatted on me."
The star later followed up on her Stories and shared the ideas she has been sent by loyal fans.
Among those Jesy shared were an angel and a quote which read "You’re not born to be perfect. You’re born to be YOU".
Other suggestions included getting a design of their own face on her body, while a more serious idea included the title of her album.
