The best way to redeem Genshin Impact promo codes across all platforms is to use a web browser.
Some versions do allow you to enter a code in a menu, but using a web browser is also the most convenient for copying and pasting a code over precisely.
- First, visit the Hoyoverse Genshin Impact code redemption page.
- Ensure you are logged into your Genshin Impact account.
- Select your server and make sure your Character Nickname matches.
- Enter the code in the Redemption Code field.
- Click Redeem.
Once that’s completed you should find the items associated with the code in the in-game mailbox for you to use.
