The FIFA 23 FUT Birthday Team 2 will be revealed later today and is expected to feature a whole host of new high-rated special items.
With the FIFA 23 FUT Birthday event now in its second week, following the release of Team 1 on Friday, the second promo squad is set to be released today at 6pm BST / 1pm ET / 10am PT, alongside another batch of FUT Birthday Icons. For the first time during a FUT Birthday promo, a number of boosted Icon cards were released with players like Ferenc Puskas, Eric Cantona and George Best all receiving upgraded items.
Although a lot of the special items which were ultimately included in the Team 1 squad were leaked beforehand, the items were still well-received overall by the FUT 23 community, with Bernardo Silva, Marquinhos, Thomas Muller and Joao Felix all receiving upgraded player items.
