But behind closed doors she has been battling breast cancer, but in April 2023, gave fans a very important update on her health.

Who is Sarah Beeny?

Sarah Lucinda Beeny was born in Reading, Berkshire, on January 9, 1972 to parents Richard and Ann, who died of breast cancer when Sarah was 10.

She described her upbringing as “a bit like The Good Life” as the family lived in cottages on the Duke of Wellington’s estate and kept chickens, goats and ducks.

Sarah didn’t attend university but studied drama at Queen Mary’s College in Basingstoke, Hampshire but didn’t get into drama school.

Known for hosting her property shows, she also founded UK dating site mysinglefriend.com.

When was Sarah Beeny diagnosed with breast cancer?

Sarah was diagnosed with breast cancer in August 2022 after finding a lump which led to a biopsy.

The star said she was lucky it was spotted when it was, twlling fans at the time: " I feel very fortunate that I had the diagnosis that I did, and that I live in 2023 and that I'm the age that I am.

"There are so many things I'm fortunate for so I feel very blessed."

The mother-of-four shaved her hair after it began to fall out when she started chemotherapy in 2022, and finished in February 2023..

During her treatment, Sarah issued an update from her hospital bed and showed off her brand new collection of "tattoos".

The "tattoos" in question were a series of markings ahead of her latest procedure in hospital.

On April 14, 2023 Sarah revealed she has been given the all-clear after a terrifying cancer battle in an emotional TV appearance.

Fans were thrilled as she told Christine Lampard the huge news on ITV's Lorraine.

She opened up on the "rollercoaster" few months and the "weird ride" in her breast cancer journey.

After praising the "amazing" NHS services for her treatment, Christine said: "Just a few days ago you were given the all clear.

"I know it's going to be there [in your head], and you're always going to be aware of your body, but to hear those words at this point is a beautiful thing."

How is Sarah Beeny doing now?

Sarah revealed although she has been given the all clear, her medication would continue.

She said: "I mean it's ongoing - I have to take drugs for the next 10 years and be very vigilant.

"But it's been a weird ride I wouldn't wish on anyone else."
