A PUB has hit back at a diner who complained about having to wait 15 minutes for her carvery meal.
The White Swan in Wythall, Worcestershire, came up with a withering response after the customer visited last month.

A woman, only identified as Nikki, went online to raise her concerns, saying she had to wait for her carvery, having already ordered ahead to collect.
The pub has a rating of 3.8 based on 1,170 independent reviews on Google.
However, Nikki was less complimentary, saying she didn’t enjoy her experience and added: “You can get far better for your money elsewhere”.

She began her Google review by saying: "Carvery collection - don't bother."
Niki wrote: "Shocking service. Ordered a carvery for collection which by definition should mean you show up at the collection time and ‘collect’ your order.
"Not be told to join the carvery queue, wait 15 minutes only to be given a flimsy plastic container with the last fatty bits of beef left from a joint and point blank refusal to change it for a fresh joint, the container to be covered by a flimsy bit of cling film and handed to you with a container to go and get your own gravy - that’s it.
"No bag to transport your ‘collection’, food isn’t even in a proper leak/spill proof container of some sort, oh and the roast potatoes that were paid for were missing. Terrible place.
"Shocking service. You can get far better for your money elsewhere."
In response, the owner of The White Swan just wrote five words: "Thank you for your review."
