DIET crusader Gillian McKeith smuggled spices into the I’m A Celeb camp in condoms.
The telly nutritionist hid the banned goodies in contraceptive sleeves in her knickers.
Gillian, 63, defied the ITV show’s strict rules to sneak in turmeric, sage, cinnamon and dill into the South African camp.
A source said: “Producers were gobsmacked.
“She put the spices into condoms that were found in tiny pockets between two sets of knickers.

“She also managed to sneak in garlic bulbs in her shoes — and stuffed spices into a push-up bra after removing its silicone chicken fillets.”
Gillian, who also had miso paste, was rumbled by production staff.
The ex-Channel 4 host — notorious for inspecting poo on diet series You Are What You Eat — was only up to her old tricks.
In the Aussie jungle in 2010, Gillian was caught with rock salt stuffed in a pair of M&S pants.
Defiant Gillian later said: “I feel like a naughty schoolgirl.”
