ASTON Martin has released a new promo for its 110th anniversary with its 2023 Valkyrie model and one of its oldest-surviving race cars, a 1923 Razor Blade.

And the photos hold a clue that could reveal the manufacturer’s plans for its first next-generation sports car set to be announced Sunday during its anniversary.

The promo’s 2023 Valkyrie may suggest that Aston Martin is basing its new limited-edition sports car on the Valkyrie.

Automakers frequently root future car designs in previously successful models.

If Aston Martin uses the Valkyrie to inspire its soon-to-be-announced sports car, its wealthy buyers can expect impressive performance.

The 2023 Valkyrie delivers a mind-bending maximum 1,160 horsepower rating and offers 664 pound-feet of torque.

Aston Martin’s 2023 Valkyrie sold out from the get-go, despite the price being between $3million and $4million.

The British car manufacturer said it is focusing on “ultra-luxury, high-performance, and driving intensity” for its next generation, HotCars reports.

Aston Martin’s anniversary celebration will occur at multiple locations, including the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, the Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

Aside from marking 110 years of existence, January 15 will also represent the 75th anniversary of the company’s DB models.

Amedeo Felisa, CEO of Aston Martin Lagonda, said: “Our 110th year promises to be just as exciting as our first, as we turn a new chapter in Aston Martin history with the launch of our next generation of sports cars and the reveal of an extraordinary special model later this year that will celebrate this unique milestone,” HotCars reports.
