Sister Wives starlet Meri Brown doesn't has spoken out about not regretting the time she spent on past relationships.
The TLC reality star, 52, split from her husband of 32-years Kody Brown last December, with her seemingly feeling happier than ever at the moment.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, June 2, the brunette beauty was aglow in a new video where she chatted to her followers about how she has felt the need to "shrink" to fit into certain situations.
Urging that if that feeling arises, then it's "probably not the best place" for people to remain, Meri also spoke about surrounding ourselves with people and communities that bring us joy.
Touching on relationships in the video, Meri said that they should feel "expansive and exciting and not that you have to shrink to fit in" - which might have alluded to her union with ex Kody.

Writing in the caption section below the video, Meri penned: "When I look back at some circumstances in my life, I realise all experiences brought me to where I am.
"I don't regret time I put into relationships and situations because I know I put in every ounce of effort."
She then concluded with: "When I look forward to the things that await me, I'm coming at them with experience that I wouldn't have had without situations of the past."
Meri also added some hashtags which read "worthy up" and "greatness begins today".
Fans were quick to comment on the post, with one person writing: "Words of wisdom right there."

Elsewhere in the comments section, fans gushed over Meri's appearance, with many commenting on how youthful she looked.
