After months of speculation about her appearance, Saffron Barker revealed she underwent a secret boob job.
The 22-year-old partook in a Q&A with her 1.8 million followers on Instagram and one user asked whether she's had any work done.
"If you don’t mind me asking, what did you get done to your boobs? Implant or lift," the follower questioned.
She answered: "Implants."
The YouTuber has previously discussed plastic surgery and said that she thinks it's a personal decision to have the surgery.

"With surgery as a whole, I couldn’t care less if someone has had surgery, I just think it’s up to them," she previously said.

Saffron also said she once had chin fillers but has never done anything else to her face.
"I have never had lip fillers. I did have chin filler once and it was so weird," the star said.
"I had the tiniest amount. I wanted my face to look smaller so I thought if I had chin filler it would lengthen my face.
“Anyway it dissolved in a month and I would never have it again."
Saffron continued: "I always get asked if I have had cheek filler and it is honestly the one thing I love about myself because I am really lucky. I have very strong cheekbones."
The online personality rose to fame thanks to her YouTube videos, which have garnered almost half a billion views.

Saffron answered: "No, we weren’t friends with benefits, but we didn’t quite get in a relationship."
