COPS have arrested a man and a woman on suspicion of murder after a toddler was found dead at home.
Emergency services rushed to the property on Sidegate Lane in Ipswich just after 11.45am yesterday where they discovered the body of a two-year-old girl.

Cops say the pair are known to the victim and are not seeking any other suspects in connection with this case at this time.
A nearby resident said they saw at least five police cars and ambulances arrive at the scene.
Two New York cops stabbed during celebrations in Times SquareThe neighbour said: "When I saw the two forensics vans pull up, I knew something was wrong. Two women were doing the forensic investigation and they were red-eyed when they came out."
They also claimed that they had spoken to residents of the unit who had young children and seemed "really distressed" by the incident.
Another neighbour added: "The police officer who came and asked if my CCTV was working looked like they were tearful too. It's awful, just awful."
Superintendent Jane Topping said: “We are still looking to establish the exact circumstances leading to the death of this child. Our initial enquiries are underway and these will continue over the weekend.
“Clearly, such a discovery is extremely distressing for everyone concerned.
"We’d ask people not to speculate on social media as to the identity of the child or to the circumstances surrounding her death.
“A highly visible presence of officers is likely to continue in the area for the next few days with reassurance patrols.
"These officers are available to speak to concerned members of the community.
"This is a fast-moving investigation and we are appealing to the local community for any information which may aid this investigation.”
The incident took place in a homeless families 45-bed unit which is operated by Ipswich Borough Council and staffed 24 hours a day.
