PARANOID Russian politicians fear America is training genetically modified attack mosquitoes to launch an assault on Moscow.
Kremlin MPs believe scientists are working on how to infect the insects with killer viruses which will then, they claim, be launched on the capital, infecting millions.
They have given the supposed project a name and set up a unit to defend against the attack.
Details emerged in film of MP Irina Yarovaya, Head of the Parliamentary Committee for Security, quizzing officials.
