Film producer Lawrence Turman has died at the age of 96, his family have announced.
Lawrence, who received an Oscar nomination for his work on the 1967 film The Graduate, died on Saturday at the Motion Picture and Television Country Home and Hospital.
Lawrence enjoyed a career which spanned across six decades and saw him work on films such as Running Scared and The Great White Hope.
His son, John Turman, paid tribute to his father and remembered him as having a "long and storied life".
John said the Motion Picture and Television Country Home and Hospital is planning a memorial service for Lawrence, with more details to be announced soon.

"It's sad but he had a long and storied life and its the passing of an era," he said in a statement to Deadline.
Lawrence's career took a significant turn when he left his partnership with fellow producer David Foster to run the Peter Stark Producing Program at the University of Southern California in 1991.
He continued in this role until his retirement in 2021.
Friends have been paying tribute to Lawrence, with one of his colleagues tweeting: "Very sad to see that #LawrenceTurman passed away.
"A truly creative producer with wonderful, eclectic taste, Larry was my boss at USC. He will be missed!"
Elizabeth M Daley, Dean of School of Cinematic Arts at USC, also released a statement about Lawrence's death.
"Larry led a remarkable life for 96 years and we were fortunate to share part of it with him.
"Larry was a movie industry legend. His fifty-year career gave us classics like The Graduate, for which he was nominated for an Oscar," she said.
Elizabeth added: "Without a doubt, Larry was a transformative member of our industry, and our School. He was a wise mentor and guide.
