Wimbledon day two is upon us with plenty of action across all the courts at SW19 with two matches the focus of today's betting preview in the Men's Singles competition.

One-time winner Andy Murray returns to SW19 in what might well be the last time we will see the tennis great on Centre Court. Murray is the unsurprising favourite at 1/10 with Betfred while the 27-year-old from Southend is 11/2 to produce a shock win on the grass court who has played just two matches in major tournaments - both at Wimbledon last year.

Elsewhere, over on Court One and the bookies have put Carlos Alcaraz as the likely challenger to stop Novak Djokovic from equalling Roger Federer's record of eight Wimbledon titles but will start his tournament against 36-year-old veteran Jeremy Chardy. The Frenchman will bow out this year and has picked up 53 wins from a possible 107 major outings but has never gone beyond the third round at SW19. He is 20/1 to produce a shock win whereas the talented young Spaniard is 1/100 to ease through to the second round.
