A CAT whizz has shared the best child-friendly cats to add to your family.
Taking to her social media, the woman said there are five different breeds that are most suited for families.
The first is the Bengal cat as she shared: “Known for their high energy and playfulness, Bengals are great with children, toddlers and even babies.”
Coming in second, she said, is the Maine Coon, which is a large domesticated cat breed.
TikTok user @pawsitivefacts explained that this breed of cat is very well known for being friendly and having social personalities.

They’re incredibly popular with families, she added.
She placed Persian cats in third place and shared: “They are affectionate and gentle natured, perfect for young children.”
The next breed, she said, is the Siamese cat. She explained that these cats are “very social and intelligent”.
And the final cat she recommended to families is the Sphynx as they said: “Despite their alien like appearance, Sphynx are one of the friendliest, affectionate and most playful and loyal companions.”
In the caption of the clip, she added: “Best cat breeds for children,” followed by a cat emoji.
People were quick to comment on the list and share their thoughts as one person wrote: “All cats are amazing,” with two heart emojis.
Another joked: “So we have fluff, fluff, fluff, and WEE GOBLIN”.
A third shared: “I have a Bengal who wakes me up at 5am to go outside”.
While a fourth complained: “Persian is so evil I have one she attacks u if u touch her”.
