But many people may not know about his ex-wife Suzanna.
Who is Suzanna McCloud?
Suzanna McCloud is an interior designer, affectionately known as Zani.
The pair met before Kevin McCloud was on Grand Designs and were married in 1996.
Kevin, who is from Bedfordshire, has also fronted Rough Guide To The Future and Kevin McCloud's Man Made Home.

He studied the history of art and architecture at Cambridge University.
He trained as a theatre designer and worked on several productions before branching out on his own and setting up a lighting and design practice.
In 1999, he started working on Grand Designs as the writer and host.
When did Suzanna and Kevin separate?
Kevin announced their separation in December 2019 after being married for 23 years.
The Daily Mail reported that McCloud took his belongings and walked out of their family home leaving Suzanna heart broken.
The pair shared a 500-year-old farmhouse near Bruton in Somerset.
One of Suzanna's friends told the publication: "Zani is absolutely devastated. She came back home one day to find that Kevin had taken his things and left."
Kevin had previously admitted he was very difficult to live with, saying he was "terribly fastidious" and that he liked "symmetry and neatness, but my house is as chaotic as any other family's".
Kevin discreetly tied the knot with businesswoman Jenny Jones just five years later in 2022.

It has been reported by Hello! that Milo is a skier born in 1997.
He was part of the Alpine U21 England Development Squad.

Kevin also has two children from a previous relationship, Hugo and Grace.
