Pop Queen Taylor Swift has delighted fans by adding 14 more shows to the UK and European leg of The Eras Tour next year.

It comes as many fans spent Wednesday, July 5, waiting for an email to drop from Ticketmaster to confirm whether they were successful or not at being placed for registration to buy tickets in the general sale.

Now, there's a chance more fans can possibly get tickets thanks to the 14 new shows being added.

The 33-year-old artist also announced that band Paramore will be supporting the shows across the UK and Europe.

Taylor tweeted: "Really can’t contain my excitement because… we’re adding 14 new shows to The Eras Tour. And I get to travel the world doing shows with Paramore.

How to improve your chances of getting a ticket to see Taylor Swift

With the above in mind, here are some tips to make sure you getting that ticket.

  • Make sure your Ticketmaster account is updated with the correct details - address, payment information - this will speed up the checkout process.
  • Check that you know your login details - you don't want to be behind because you forgot your password.
  • Log in early - 15 minutes before the sale starts
  • Don't use multiple devices or browser tabs - During the US pre-sale Ticketmaster only allowed one device and one open page per account. Any extras may result in errors, which you definitely don't want.
  • Decide in advance what seats you want and your budget - prices haven't been officially confirmed yet but are likely to be between £49 to £650 depending on VIP packages.
  • Do not refresh your browser - you will lose your place in the queue.
  • Don't give up - tickets can become available a couple of hours after the initial sale time - some may have cancelled their transaction.

Customers are limited to four tickets each. If you have access codes for more than one city, you will need to go through the process for each separate date.
