RELEASED from the STC after joining Griff's far-right gang, Max Turner has been readapting to life in the cobbles.
But when his former girlfriend Lauren Bolton pays her dad a visit, the Coronation Street teen faces being roped back into a scheme.
The lad played by Paddy Bever made his way back to Weatherfield and tried to start afresh.
Unfortunately, some residents in the likes of Alya Nazir have been unable to forget his past actions.
Despite this, Max is doing his best to remain on the straight and narrow, even finding himself a new girlfriend in the form of Sabrina (Luana Santos).

However, in recent scenes of the ITV soap, the young couple faced a huge hurdle when Max's former girlfriend Lauren (Cait Fitton) returned to Corrie, claiming she had nowhere else to go.
But when Shona Platt (Julia Goulding) spots Max emptying the fridge for a picnic next week, she lets slip to Sabrina, believing he could be preparing a romantic surprise for her.
Sadly, she’s met with a blank expression when she spots Max sharing his picnic with Lauren and she's fuming.
Lauren, on the other hand, reveals her father, who was also a part of Griff's far-right group, wants her to visit him in prison.
Max and Lauren head off in later scenes and the youngster decides honesty’s the best policy.
This prompts him to admit to Sabrina that he’s supporting Lauren on a visit to her dad - how will Sabrina react?
Could she end their relationship over his decision?
At the prison, Max is unnerved at the sight of Reece (Scott Anson) and things take a turn as it's clear he has unfinished business with the group.
When Reece makes out that Griff forced him to participate in the gang by threatening Lauren’s life, Max is stunned to realise they want him to make a false statement to reduce his sentence.

As mentioned above, Max was released early from the STC but could he compromise his future in Weatherfield by giving Reece and Lauren his support?
