Jonah Hill's ex-girlfriend, Sarah Brady, has claimed that the star "emotionally abused" her, with her even saying that the Super Bad actor is a "misogynist".
In recent days the actor's ex-girlfriend, who works as a surf instructor, shared screenshots on her Instagram account of texts thought to have been sent from Jonah. Although she didn't initially say she was talking about Jonah, Sarah shared a selection of screenshots of many alleged conversations the pair had.
Taking to the social media app to share a string of alleged text messages between her and Jonah, Sarah didn't hold back when she brazenly shared them with her followers - and in turn the entire world.
Although Sarah has had an overwhelming amount of support from fans, friends and celebrities, Jonah has had some support too. A fair few famous faces have come forward to seemingly show their support for the actor - which has been met with some controversy.
Kendall Jenner's ex-boyfriend Devin Booker posted a photo on his Instagram stories of the actor wearing a vintage basketball jersey. He included a saluting emoji, signaling his solidarity with the star.
Kanye West says Jonah Hill has made him 'like Jewish people again'According to Fox News, former The View host Meghan McCain has publicly said: "From what I've seen, I don't think Hill sounds anything like the monster his ex portrays him to be. In fact, I believe what she's done to him to be terribly unfair. He essentially told her: if you don't like my lifestyle or my expectations, we probably shouldn't be together."
She added: "In this day and age, a man asking a female partner to practice modesty and restraint is automatically interpreted as misogyny. Women who identify as 'traditional wives', a.k.a. 'trad wives', and embrace conventional housewife roles are looked at with suspicion… I don't see it that way. Ask yourself: if these roles were reversed and Brady was asking Hill to avoid hanging out with other women or with men she didn't like, would she be considered an 'abuser'?"
Meanwhile political commentator Candace Owens tweeted: "There is literally nothing wrong with Jonah Hill’s leaked text messages regarding what he wants in a partner. But there is plenty wrong with women in society today. Basic respect for your partner is now being labeled as 'misogynistic' from insecure women," which was then retweeted by Andrew Tate, according to reports.
This comes after Jonah's ex Sarah took to her Instagram stories on Friday, to share a screenshot where the actor seemingly said: "Plain and simple. If you need: Surfing with men. Boundaryless inappropriate friendships with men. To model. To post pictures of yourself in a bathing suit. To post sexual pictures. Friendships with women who are in unstable places and from your wild recent past beyond getting a lunch or coffee or something respectful. I am not the right partner for you."
Another screenshot then showed Jonah allegedly telling Sarah - in so many words - to take down a video of her surfing because her bum was on display in what appeared to be a pair of bikini bottoms.
In the screenshot, Sarah said to Jonah: "Three removed, not the video yet, it is my best surfing video. Would you feel better if the cover frame was different? Any more specific ones that bother you?" Jonah then replied: "Yes. One that isn't of your ass in a thong."
Above the screenshot of the surfing video discussion, Sarah wrote: "This is a warning to all girls. If your partner is talking to you like this then make an exit plan."
