Rylan Clark certainly has a lot to be proud of, especially when it comes to his home despite his split from husband Dan Neal two years ago.
The reality TV star turned host, 33, has a huge property empire worth a staggering £1.3million. It means the former X-Factor contestant's total business assets amount to £2.7million.
He calls a five bedroom Essex mansion his home, where he used to live with Dan before their split. As a Big Brother super fan, Rylan has made his home his own by creating a complete Diary Room like in the show.
The Celebrity Gogglebox star even has the Diary Room chair from his own series back in 2013 and the LED Big Brother Eye door bell. Speaking about his personal home diary room, he gushed: "It's my new favourite room in my house.
"We all know how much I'm obsessed by Big Brother and I have nothing better to do with my time so I built a diary room. It looks quite like the diary room as well - which is quite exciting?!"

"There should be some Big Brother Museum. I think there should be some Big Brother exhibition I'd do it definitely. I've loads of things from over the years like all the diary room chairs. I'd go."
Rylan's home also boasts a dining room featuring plush tables and chairs upholstered with bright velvet fabric, while the wall is coated in pink glitter.
The entrance hall features a giant, human sized teddy bear, white wash walls, bright lighting, and a union jack coat framed on the wall. The former Strictly It Takes Two has a giant flat screen TV suspended above a stylish gas fire – which he has shown fans he likes to curl up in front of to play video games and take part in Celebrity Gogglebox.
There is no shortage of outside space either as Rylan has shared videos and photos of his sprawling garden – which includes outdoor seating and perfectly manicured lawns. The star also keeps himself in tip top shape thanks to his home gym and indoor swimming pool.
According to The Sun, Rylan's accounts show the that an increase in properties has boosted fixed assets held at his private firm Luxenoa by £300k. Thanks to its latest property, it takes its bricks and mortar holdings to £1,286,656
Including his own property, the business held £85,120 in current assets to take the number of total assets held to £1,331,303. Rylan set up the business in 2018 alongside Rylan Limited in 2013 which handles his TV earnings
Previous accounts in 2022 show that he held £1,644,487 in assets at this firm. Rylan's net worth has also risen dramatically over the years from £81,450 in 2014 to £1,049,099 as he passed £1million in 2019.
