Henderson, 33, has so far made three appearances in the Saudi Pro League, skippering his new side.
Despite making the move, the veteran midfielder was named in Gareth Southgate's latest England squad.
Alongside Wijnaldum at Liverpool, Henderson was able to lift the Champions League and Prem title.
Wijnaldum made 38 appearances for PSG after leaving Anfield, before being loaned to Roma last season.
