BRITNEY Spears’ habit of getting naked in front of staff was a major factor in her divorce from husband Sam Asghari, a source has claimed.
Fitness model turned-actor Sam, 29, is said to have grown increasingly frustrated at finding his wife Britney for walking around in the nude at home while employees were on site.
Fights over her antics began as Sam was expressing concern about the Toxic singer’s mental well-being after they got together during her 13-year conservatorship under her dad Jamie.
But he grew increasingly suspicious that the mom-of-two was stripping in an attempt to annoy him, according to a source who knows the former couple.
The insider revealed that simmering tensions over the last few years spilled out into furious expletive-laden arguments.

After some fights Britney, 41, would not see her husband for days and he would often be so enraged that he would stay with friends.
However, the source, who feels sympathy for Sam, believes that he simply had “come to the end of the road over trying to make his wife better.”
The insider told The U.S. Sun: “Sam was concerned in the beginning that Britney would walk around naked at times when they were first together.
“It really put him out of his comfort zone, especially as bodyguards or handlers would be around when she was still under the conservatorship.
“However over time it really grated on him because he had asked her to cover up when gardeners or cleaners were around.
“He got very upset that his wife would be nude for these strangers to see.
“When he challenged her about it and asked her to wear clothes, she would push back calling him uptight or saying it was none of his business.
“They had raging arguments over that.”
Sam filed for divorce from Britney on August 16 after just 14 months of marriage.

The U.S. Sun previously reported that Britney and Sam’s relationship was “a rollercoaster from the start” - and the couple did not spend their wedding night together.

Instead, Britney went to the Four Seasons in Westlake Village - the upscale Los Angeles suburb where she lives - with her best friend and manager Cade Hudson.
The U.S. Sun also revealed that Sam acted as Britney’s "nurse and therapist" throughout their marriage and felt "ill-equipped" to handle her issues.
The marriage was marred by fights over Britney’s refusal to take her medication and alcohol use, according to one insider.
Concerned Asghari encouraged Britney to return to a “regimented anti-anxiety and depression medication plan”.
During the conservatorship - which came after a very public struggle with substance abuse - she was banned from drinking alcohol.
When it ended in November 2021, Britney revealed that she had celebrated with a glass of champagne at celeb hotspot Catch restaurant in West Hollywood.
And in July last year, she claimed she had been to a bar for the first time to enjoy a cocktail.
The U.S. Sun’s source said: “Britney has been drinking and that too has an impact on her mind.
“Sam wanted her to avoid alcohol because it brings on her mood swings.
“He has suspected that she has been tempted by drugs too.
“He was worried that something terrible may happen if she spiraled into addiction.
“There was talk about some kind of intervention in the spring, but Sam worried what impact that might have on her too.”
