REVELLERS had their New Year’s Eve party plans sunk after being turned away from a packed luxury cruise.
Police were called to the boat rammed with partygoers after organisers allegedly sold too many tickets.
Those who did manage to board the Thames Princess said they were “rammed in like sardines”.
Many more were denied entry after waiting nearly two hours at London’s Lambeth Pier.
Steven Wilson, 34, who paid £180 for the cruise, left after ten minutes with girlfriend Ana, 29, as crowds waited to get on.

He said: “It felt so unsafe. It wasn’t worth risking our lives over.”
Thames Cruises, which runs the event, has now been hit with a deluge of one-star Google reviews.
Eman Alsayed wrote: “They ruined our New Year.”
A Met spokesman said: “Officers were asked to assist in removing people as it was over capacity.”
Thames Cruises was asked to comment.
