Britney Spears ' ex-husband Sam Asghari "gets no pay out in the event of divorce" according to sources, amid their split after just one year of marriage. Sam is said to have moved out of the marital home he shared with Britney after a "nuclear" argument.
He allegedly approached Britney about cheating rumours. While it isn't clear if the rumours are true, the source said that what ensued was a heated argument. Now, sources have claimed that Sam is unlikely to get a penny in the event of a divorce, since their prenup "precluded him from getting spousal support." The source added: "He can keep the gifts Britney gave him and his cars, but that's about it.
Allegedly, there's an "extensive confidentiality clause" in the prenup, which is said to prohibit Sam from talking about his relationship with Britney. "So on the surface, it seems Sam's getting nothing of significance, but that's not the case," the insider told TMZ.
"Sam has a lot of first-hand knowledge about Britney, their relationship, their arguments, her challenges, and if there's even a possibility any of that might become public, Britney will gladly pay Sam for peace of mind."
