KOURTNEY Kardashian has not gone into labor as many fans expected, according to new photos on Saturday.
A still-pregnant Kourtney and Travis Barker were seen exiting a hospital after the Blink-182 rocker left his tour for an unknown emergency.
Kourtney, 44, and Travis were seen exiting a Los Angeles hospital in photos obtained by TMZ.
The drummer and eldest Kardashian sibling were spotted departing the facility and entering an SUV.
Kourtney was still pregnant in the snaps, walking alongside her man.

There was no baby in tow and the pair looked somber but at peace as they "headed home," according to the outlet.
The TV star donned a loose, matching grey athleisure set that showed off her baby bump and sunglasses as Travis donned a black tee and beanie.
Fans were on high alert after Travis flew back to the States on Friday for an unknown reason and canceled three Blink-182 shows.
Neither party has posted on social media at all on Saturday.
'URGENT FAMILY MATTER'
Blink-182 announced on the band's Instagram Stories on Friday that the drummer would be returning to America to deal with "an urgent family matter."
The band posted: "Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States. The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed. More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available."
The nature of the crisis facing the musician remains unknown.
Travis' ex-wife Shanna Moakler, 48, earlier spoke to TMZ about the situation, confirming that it does not involve either of the two children they share.
The former Playboy Playmate and Travis are parents to kids Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17.
Shanna told the outlet that it appeared the situation was serious.

"I'm just praying that his [Travis] immediate family, and the baby, and Kourtney, and everyone is safe and okay," Shanna told the outlet.
"I'll be sending my prayers and wishes."
She claimed that several people have reached out to her for clarity after Blink-182 announced that it was postponing three shows.

Kourtney is currently pregnant with the couple's first child - a boy-and has shown off her baby bump in recent weeks.
The news has sparked speculation that his absence is due to her and has expressed concern about the famous reality star.
In mid-June, Kourtney announced they were expecting their first child together at a Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles.
She held up a sign that said: "Travis, I'm pregnant" - a nod to the band's music video for All The Small Things.
Kourtney and her ex Scott Disick, 40, share their three kids: Penelope, 11; son Mason, 13; and Reign, eight.
Kourt and Travis have had quite a pregnancy journey as documented on Hulu trying various methods to make baby magic.
