ROSE West and her husband Fred committed some of the worst crimes the UK has ever witnessed.
Together they killed and tortured at least ten women including their own 16-year-old daughter Heather.

Rose was imprisoned at HMP Low Newton in Durham where guards are protecting her from other inmates.
West was jailed for life in 1995 and sentenced for murdering ten women, although speaking to Good Morning Britain's Susanna Reid, her daughter Mae believes her parents may have up to 30 more victims.
After her conviction, Rose lodged an appeal claiming that her husband committed the crimes alone, and that she had also been abused by him.

In 2019 she was reportedly moved to New Hall jail in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, after being threatened by another serial killer.
Prisoner Julie McAllister claimed in March 2017 that she pummelled West after being infuriated that she was getting fan mail behind bars.
The same year The Sun reported West could die from a mysterious illness.
A year later, the Daily Star reported that West was being swamped with wedding proposals - with people mailing love letters to her cell once a month on average.
She even received Mother's Day cards from adoring fans in 2020.
Since serving her time in prison, she has found religion and "believes God will forgive her".
In December 2020, West applied to change her name to Jennifer Jones.
The widow of evil rapist Fred is thought to have paid £36 to change it by deed poll.
A source told The Sun: “Rose thinks the name will give her some anonymity but there’s a lot of anger about it.

Her former lawyer, Leo Goatley, now believes she may unveil "horrific secrets" about her crimes because of her dementia.
Dr Jane Woodrow speculated the opposite in Rose: Making of A Monster.
According to the criminologist, interviewed by the Metro, Rose will remain silent and never divulge her involvement in the murders.
Her husband committed suicide before standing trial.
In May 2023, after 30 years in jail, Rose is still “pleading total innocence” of every sickening crime she and her husband committed.
However, her former lawyer, Leo, has now urged her to "find redemption" by confessing.
He told the Mirror: “There is an awful lot Rose knows that she hasn’t revealed.
“There isn’t much that Fred did that she wasn’t aware of. If her inner journey has really gone anywhere since she has been in prison there are things she should say that would help the families of her victims.
“To start with, she could clear up the Mary Bastholm disappearance.
“This blanket pleading of total ignorance of everything that happened is just daft at this point.
“Also she could very simply clear up if there are other victims we don’t even know about.”
How did she meet Fred West?
Rose, who was born in Northam, Devon, on November 29, 1953, met Fred aged 15 when he was 13 years older at Cheltenham bus station.
Fred, then living in a caravan, pursued the teenager and within weeks she became a nanny to his children Charmaine and Anna Marie.
Her father Bill, a paranoid schizophrenic who repeatedly sexually abused Rose, disapproved of the relationship and threatened Fred.
Rose and Fred moved to a flat in Gloucester and Rose began working as a prostitute.
They secretly married in January 1972 and moved to 25 Cromwell Street.
Did they kill Caroline Owens and how many women did they murder at 25 Cromwell Street?
Rose was the mother of four children - Heather, who was the final victim of the couple, Mae, Stephen and Barry - who died in 2021 of a suspected overdose.
The couple were convicted of sexually assaulting Caroline Roberts (formerly Caroline Owens) in January 1973, a former nanny, who they had abducted and drugged.
She was the only known victim of the sick couple who survived, she died of cancer at the age of 61 in 2016.
Cops discovered they would pick up or abduct girls from bus stops around Gloucester and imprison them for several days before killing them.
Rose murdered Charmaine West, Fred's daughter from his previous wife, single-handedly around June 1971.
Her husband was in prison at the time for theft.
Their sickening crimes began to unravel when Fred was accused of raping his 13-year-old daughter in 1992, and Rose was arrested for child cruelty.
While the case collapsed when their daughters refused to testify, cops launched a major investigation.
This was because the kids said the evil pair would regularly threaten to bury them "under the patio like their sister Heather", who had not been seen since 1987.
Police uncovered a number of mutilated female bodies in the garden and cellar of their Gloucestershire home.
In 1995 Rose was convicted of 10 murders, while Fred, who admitted 12 murders, hanged himself while on remand in prison.
He had confessed to killing up to 30 victims.
Why is Rose West linked with Myra Hindley?
There are rumours that Rose was involved in a love affair with Myra Hindley, another serial killer.
The claims originated from a book written about the Cromwell Street murders written by West's former lawyer Leo Goatley.
The pair were in prison together for similar crimes, which they bonded over.
Hindley is now dead and their relationship ended on sour terms after West found her to be manipulative.
