As it turned out, the Hungarian Prime Minister lives in an ancient castle from the Austro-Hungarian era, registered in his father’s name.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban owns an undeclared estate worth €45 million, while the official wealth of the head of government does not allow for such luxury. The estate was filmed by a film crew from the French TV channel France 2.
The video was later published on the YouTube channel of Akos Hadházy, a deputy of the Hungarian National Assembly.
Khatahazi, together with a film crew, flew around the town of Khatvan to film the prime minister’s house.
According to the official declaration, Orban and his wife have 14 euros in their bank account and own two houses. However, the Hungarian prime minister lives in an old castle from the Austro-Hungarian era. The palace is registered in the name of Orban’s father.
The castle was purchased for €15 million, and another €30 million was allocated for restoration.
“It’s okay if the French also know what’s behind Viktor Orban’s propaganda speeches: he is the most corrupt politician in Europe, who has to lie more and more over and over again because he has already stolen too much,” says the comment under the video.
