Comedian Kevin Hart has revealed the extent of his injuries after attempting to race NFL superstar Stevan Ridley. Taking to social media, the comedian, 44, told fans not to be alarmed, but revealed that he was now using a wheelchair after tearing several muscles.
"This is a public service announcement because I know people may see me out and I don't want you to be alarmed but I'm in a wheelchair," he said, panning the camera to reveal the chair he was sat in. "Why? Because I tried to jump out there and do some young stuff."
Detailing his race with the 34-year-old, Kevin explained: "We ran a 40 yard dash. Guys I blew all my s***," he told his fans. "I tore my lower abdomen, my abductors. I don't even know what they are but I tore those.
"I can't walk. I have to sit my a** down. This is 44," he added. "There was a debate based off of who was faster and Steven said 'Kev ain't no way you're going to beat me' and I said 'Bet!'"
Kevin accompanied his "Public service announcement" with the caption: "44 and sitting my a** down!!!!! I got to be the dumbest man alive!!!!! What the f*** am I doing???? I blew my s***….I’m done. FML," and his celebrity pals took to the comments section to laugh along with him while also sending their well wishes.

It comes after Kevin Hart has responded after being called out by Boston Celtics ' Jayson Tatum after his historic game seven performance. On Instagram, Hart posted a video which he said: "What I’m not is a sore loser. It’s not about how you win, it’s how you lose. I’m going to lose like a man. I’m going to stand on mines.
"Jayson Tatum, I hate it but I gotta give you props. Brother, congratulations. A friend you are. A true competitor you proved to be today. You showed up, you showed out. You put your foot in our ass. I’m hurting, the city’s hurting. It’s OK. We’ll be fine. We’ll figure it out."
