DITA Von Teese is the gem in Las Vegas’ crown as she prepares to unveil her new stage residency.
The performer wore a black lingerie set with chandelier earrings as she opened up about the show which will open at the Jubilee theatre on October 5.
Dita, who posed in a showgirl outfit to announce her shows, said she wanted to incorporate classic burlesque with a modern twist.
She said: “Let’s keep evolving burlesque to a new place because there’s no point in making an old, tiny show that was done in the Forties of the Fifties.
“We always thought about how to innovate and make things more relevant and new and fresh.”

Dita, 50, will bring her iconic cocktail glass routine to the performance and joked: “I have enough for a full cocktail party.
“I’m going to put at least five on stage.”
Speaking previously about how she stays looking so young, Dita revealed: “To be fair, my 92-year-old grandmother is very youthful, so there are some good genes there but I do my best to take care of myself.
“I exercise and try to sleep well.
“I take care of my skin and use sunscreen.
“I don’t smoke cigarettes and I never drink more than two glasses of alcohol.
“A lot of it is common sense.”
