HOMES Under the Hammer host Martin Roberts was left stunned after the price of a home that he labelled ‘hard to criticise’ was revealed.
Martin, 58, has fronted the property show for a decade, but he was left floored after a new owner managed to secure a house with what he considered a "cheeky" offer.
In a recent episode, viewers saw a three-bedroom semi detached house just outside Swansea.
Martin had nothing but praise as he described the house as "fantastic" and in a "really desirable residential location."
He said: "It’s hard to criticise this house because I absolutely love it."

The house was up for auction with a guide price of £200,000 to £210,000.
However, the new owner, Oliver, managed to buy the house for just £165,000.
An astonished Martin said: "£165,000! That was cheeky!"
Oliver gave himself a budget of £70,000 to do a lot of work.
This included new windows, adding an extra bedroom, adding patio doors and a new patio.
Later in the show, it showed the house after the renovations were done and saw how it transformed into a light and bright family home.
It had new windows, new render, real marble floors and the front garden landscaped.
After the renovations, the property was valued at £400,000, making Oliver a £155,000 profit.
