Carabao Cup story so far...

League One Reading caused a stir when they hammered Championship Millwall 4-0 at The Den in the opening round, with Robbie Savage's son Charlie scoring. Sadly for Reading, they lost on penalties to Ipswich in the second round following a 2-2 draw.

League Two Salford are this season's big giant killers, winning on penalties at Championship Preston in the opening round following a 2-2 draw. They then repeated the feat at home to Leeds, another second tier side, on Tuesday night after a 1-1 draw.

Wrexham, who are owned by Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, are out of the Carabao Cup after losing on penalties to League Two rivals Bradford on Tuesday night. The tie finished 1-1 at the Racecourse.
