Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Neil Jones has become a dad for the first time as his fiancée Chyna Mills has given birth to the couple's first child.
The professional dancer, 41, and his Love Island star wife-to-be, 24, announced in April they were set to become parents as Chyna was pregnant. The news was made even happier as they also announced they had become engaged, too. Later, the couple revealed they were expecting a baby girl.
And now, after Neil revealed in an exclusive chat with the Mirror that Chyna was due to give birth 'soon', the couple have become proud parents.
Neil and Chyna announced the happy news on social media as they shared a photo of the tot's tiny feet on their Instagram pages and wrote in the caption: "Our hearts are so full" followed by an emoji of a white heart.
The couple were soon flooded with messages of congratulations from celebrity friends and fans. Motsi Mabuse penned: "Congratulations Neil" followed by a string of red heart emojis.
What Ola and James Jordan really ate and did to shed 7stMAFS UK star Nikita Jasmine added: "Ahhh congratulations to you both!" While Love Islander Demi Jones gushed: "Awww!! Congratulations!"
It comes after Neil revealed his excitement over his baby daughter's impending arrival and revealed he and Chyna were due to welcome their tot 'soon'.
Speaking to the Mirror at the JustGiving Awards at the end of September, the professional dancer said: "I’m excited, we’re both like, ‘come on let it happen’ she’s at home at the moment on her little yoga ball bouncing around hoping she might come out soon. I honestly can’t wait."
"Nursery’s ready, everything’s there, car seat in the back of the car we’ve got everything we need to go," Neil said, revealing the couple are ready for their daughter to arrive any day now.
The couple were first romantically linked together in August last year and later confirmed they were an item in as they took a romantic trip to Paris together and shared snaps from the city of love.
Just last year, the couple revealed to the Mirror they were 'taking things slowly' as they were quizzed on future plans in November last year. When asked if the pair are planning on living together, Neil said at the time: "We don't know yet, we're having such a nice time together, still getting to know each other – she's putting up with me slowly."
But, just a few months later in April this year they revealed the happy news they were engaged and expecting and revealed they were on "cloud nine".
Neil admitted to the Mirror in September this year the pair discussed the idea of starting a family together late last year, but he "didn't think it would happen so fast". He said: "It’s gone really fast but we're just so happy. We’re excited. It’s one of those things that when we spoke about… it would’ve been after the Tulley’s Farm [launch in November] it would’ve been a month later …. about kids, we just never knew it would happen so quickly."
