A TikToker known as the "Queen of Cleaning" who scrubs strangers' filthy homes for free has shared her latest 'job' - scrubbing a mould-riddled kitchen not touched in months.

Auri Kananen has over 10.1 million dedicated followers who love to watch her work up a sweat as she does what she loves - cleaning. The 29-year-old from Tampere, Finland, has hit the headlines in the past with some of her grimiest gigs and now she's back with a home that has left users feeling queasy.

The story behind the filthy kitchen is actually quite sad; the owner's husband had passed away, leaving them unable to tackle the mounting dirt, - and that's where Auri steps in. The clip has over four million views and 128,000 likes.

"The owner of this home reached out to me by email and asked for my help," Auri told NeedToKnow.online. "She told me that her husband had died. Losing a loved one was devastating for her and had plunged her into deep grief. She had a good job and owned her apartment, which was filled with expensive furniture, electronics, clothing, bags, shoes, and jewellery.

"But also rotten food, stains, and a bad smell, you couldn't even see the floor anywhere. "She could no longer cook at home because it was so cluttered. She ordered food to her home and shopped as a way to cope with her grief. So I went to help her as soon as possible."

Using just gloves and a face mask for protection, Auri steps into the kitchen and finds the countertops and floor covered in mouldy food and rotting takeaway boxes. Thanks to her skills, just hours later, the space is spotless. Elisha joked: "IF MY MOM EVER TELLS ME MY ROOM DIRTY IMMA SHOW HER THIS". Another follower added: "I'm scared of all the bugs."

Lani added: "Be careful!! Mould is dangerous!" Dawn wrote: "How do you cope with the smell of rotten food in the fridge and stuff." Ola commented: "This is a shock." Ivy said: "IDK HOW SHE DOES IT AND MAKES IT LOOK SO EASY IF I EVEN TRIED TO STEP FOOT IN THERE I WOULD CRY SM".

Auri has been cleaning people's houses for over two years, offering her services for free to help those struggling with mental health issues. For anyone about to tackle a big clean-up job of their own, the expert shares a tip on how she begins her missions. She added: "At first, I always take a good glance around and see all the wonderful things I can find under the trash.

"It's like going to the restaurant and taking a good look at the menu and thinking about all the delicious things you're going to eat, that's how I feel about cleaning! Then I start by collecting the trash, then I usually clean the kitchen or bathroom, depending on which one is the dirtiest. Lastly I buy some nice things for the tenants."
