A FEMALE construction worker has taken to social media to reveal what it’s really like working in a male-dominated industry.
25-year-old Sarah, who posts on TikTok under the username @youloveit088, took to TikTok to show off what it’s like working in construction as a woman.
Sarah has amassed an impressive 47k followers on the video sharing platform and often posts clips in her construction uniform.
While the young woman enjoys her job, she explained that it does come with some downsides - often involving the men that she works with on the construction sites.
Sarah explained that men are always flirting with her and will often ask for her Snapchat username or invite her to the pub on a date.

She said: “POV: You’re a 25-year-old blondie who works in construction.”
Sarah then proceeded to reveal the comments that she often receives from her male co-workers.
The first comment that Sarah often hears from her male co-workers is: “Want a ciggie love?”
Not only this, but they will also ask: “Wanna come in the AMG on smokeo?”
As well as the smoking requests, Sarah explained that many men will often say to her: “You look exactly like my ex wife.”
She revealed that they will often ask her on dates and ask: “Hey darlin, beer at the local after work?”
And when Sarah refuses to flirt with her co-workers, she revealed that they will often claim that she thinks she is: “Too good to talk to anyone”
Finally, Sarah revealed that many will ask: “What’s ya Snapchat?”
Sarah’s video has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly gone viral and has racked up a whopping 1.2million views.
It has 70.1k likes, 690 comments and 841 shares.
