James Witham, 41, is alleged to have been out to kill her partner Lee Harrison, 25, last August.
Yesterday a jury heard cops found a picture on her mobile of Ashley with Harrison and Witham.

Voice notes tell of tension between Harrison and rivals Niall Barry, 26, Sean Zeisz, 27, and Ian Fitzgibbon, 28.
The prosecution says the trio planned to kill him. In a text to a pal, Ashley said: “Branch (Barry) is out for Lee isn’t he?”
A voice note said: “I do not want to have to go to Lee’s funeral.
"I am looking over my shoulder all the time.”
Witham admits manslaughter.
Joseph Peers, 28, is alleged to have been his driver.
All five defendants deny murder and conspiracy to murder charges.
The trial continues at Liverpool crown court.
