Naomi Campbell has given fans a sneak peek at her new collection with PrettyLittleThing. The supermodel ditched the lavish world of high fashion and opted for a more affordable household name after walking in campaigns for Burberry, Chanel and Prada.
Famous for her glistening career and for being the first ever black model to grace a British Vogue cover in 1988, Campbell will unveil her latest project with the fast fashion company next month on the catwalk at Cipriani Broadway in Manhattan, New York City.
In a new teaser picture, Campbell oozes elegance in a long leather jacket, complete with a flowing buttoned belt. Another shows Naomi ditching the jacket, revealing a dazzling, and braless, plunge sequin mesh mini dress and strappy heels.
Addressing criticism for the first time since announcing her collaboration with PLT, Naomi said she 'wasn't denying' anyone's thoughts on the controversial fast fashion business model, but felt her new range was 'a great way to effect change'.
She told Women's Wear Daily: "I'm looking at myself as a changemaker. As a changemaker, I thought this was something that was a good thing to do. I know that it’s fast fashion, and that people have their criticism. I’m not denying them.

Campbell's collection reportedly comes after years of friendship between the pioneering black model and former PLT CEO Umar Kamani, who stepped down earlier this year. Her modelling credentials alongside three decades of designing have made her a lucrative win for the fashion brand, with bosses reportedly thrilled to have her on board.
A fashion insider told MailOnline: "This is huge, it's such a privilege for Naomi to be fronting her own collection with PLT. It has been discussed for years between Naomi and Umar but finally now their ideas have come to fruition and soon the rest of the world will see everything they have been working on.
"Naomi is of course a total perfectionist and has designed the range, ensuring every detail has been carefully executed." The huge new deal comes after Naomi welcomed her second child earlier this year with a secret pregnancy as she became a mum again at 53.
Announcing her son's birth, Naomi wrote on Instagram in June: "My little darling, know that you are cherished beyond measure and surrounded by love from the moment you graced us with your presence. A true gift from God. Blessed! Welcome baby boy."
She added: "It's never too late to become a mother." The supermodel is also mum to a daughter, who arrived in May 2021.
