After the reality show's 2019 debut, Netflix renewed the series six additional times.

Regarding the Sunset's 7th season, Bre Tiesi shared with Pop Sugar: "It's just all bad.
"I think what happens...no one's really ready for exactly. It's kind of something where you think you know where it's going, and then it just goes all the way to hell."
