WONDER Years alum Fred Savage looks unrecognizable in a rare appearance outside of his Los Angeles home after he was fired from the iconic show's reboot.
In photos exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, Fred, 47, appears to be a far cry from the role of cherub-faced Kevin Arnold on the Wonder Years, which aired from 1988 to 1993.

The married father-of-three disappeared from the spotlight after he was fired from his role as director and executive producer of the Wonder Years reboot in 2022.
Season 1 premiered in 2021, and the show was officially canceled last month after its second season according to Entertainment Weekly.

"Upon its completion, the decision was made to terminate his employment as an executive producer and director of The Wonder Years."
THE ALLEGATIONS
In their report, sources told Deadline the allegations against the star included: "verbal outbursts and inappropriate behavior" though the specifics of his firing or investigation were not confirmed.
The reboot, in which he directed eight episodes of - depicted a Black middle-class family in Montgomery, Alabama during the 1960s.

However, his stardom had been mired in controversy.
F-RED FLAGS
Fred faced allegations when he starred alongside Rob Lowe in the axed Fox series The Grinder.
In that incident, a crew member sued the actor and accused him of attacking and harassing her on the set in 2015- allegations Fred denied.
Fred called the crew members claims: “completely without merit and absolutely untrue."
Her case was settled out of court.

In 2018, Alley Mills who played Fred's mother on The Wonder Years said the original show was canceled, per Yahoo! because of a lawsuit against him.
At that time Alley called the allegations "ridiculous."
Deadline shared, Monique Long, in 1993, filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against then 16-year-old Fred, and hs co-star, a then 20-year-old Jason Hervey.
The costume designer accused both actors of verbally and physically harassing her, claimed she wasn’t able to do her job and was fired.
Her suit was also settled out of court after an undisclosed settlement was reached.
Nearly three decades later, Alley came forward to say the '90s sitcom was canceled "because" of that.
