Menacing 'Gloucester Gimp' spotted terrorising estate for second day running

A person dressed head-to-toe in a skintight black costume has sparked fears a 'Gloucester Gimp' is on the loose.

Numerous sightings of the oddly-dressed person have been recorded and some have even been caught on camera. They were spotted menacing trick-or-treaters on the outskirts of the Gloucester on Halloween, Tuesday October 31.

One person saw them a few hours later jumping out of a bush, while another spotted them a day later, on November 1, and captured them on film. The video, taken by resident Roger Sansil, shows the shadowy figure sprinting across the same roundabout that they were pictured on the day before.

The resident was out walking his dog with his wife when a "freak" in a gimp suit came running up to them and past them. Mr Sansil had earlier reports of the Halloween gimp incident just hours earlier and described seeing the dark figure merely hours later as "spooky" and decided to share the footage.

The identity of the Gloucester gimp is not yet known.

Twigworth resident has said that they saw the gimp. Joe Shengles said: "I was minding my own business on Halloween night, and was walking back home from getting the bus, I live at Bloor Homes.

"As I was walking back at around 10pm, a black figure, either a demon or a guy in a full black gimp suit, jumped out of the bush and said something like 'Zoo Wee Mama'. That's what I think I heard, but it makes little sense to me and I am unsure what it means.

"I looked it up shortly after arriving home and found it was from a book called 'Diary Of The Wimpy Kid'. I don't have any photos as the perpetrator ran away and I was quite startled and stupidly didn't think to get my phone out."
