Footage released by police shows the 33-year-old use his black Kia as a weapon while driving through Northstowe in Cambridgeshire.
Harris then mounted the kerb and struck the victim - catapulting him into a hedge.
The driver then flipped his car on to its side and into a house leaving it a mangled wreck.
Miraculously, the victim managed to escape the attack with superficial injuries to his legs, arms and back.
Harris has now been jailed for two years and three months after pleading guilty to attempted grievous bodily harm and dangerous driving.
He was also banned from driving for a year and ten months and was slapped with an indefinite restraining order.
Peterborough Crown Court heard Harris had received a call from his girlfriend on August 1 when a row she was having with the victim escalated.
While on route to the scene, Harris crashed into the parked Fiat 500 but failed to stop.
Detective Constable Callum Fullwood, who investigated, said: "The level of violence used by Harris in this case was appalling.
"He used his car as a weapon and can consider himself lucky that no one was killed and that no other innocent members of the public were injured by his reckless actions."
