Jordan made his feelings known and insisted that he and Henry were purely "platonic", while he also put a stop to his antics with Matty.

Speaking to Henry in the kitchen, Jordan said: "I had a very long conversation [with Matty], today was always going to be the most extreme of days.

"Also I think I need to say to you, our friendship is platonic right?

"Your friendship to me means more to me than every other friendship in here combined and I would never want to lose you as a friend.

"I don't care if your parents are Elon Musk or homeless - I think you're such a decent guy and I love chatting to you, I think you're fabulous."

Appearing disheartened, Henry said: "I think you're great too, you make me laugh a lot."

Jordan then shouted across the room at fellow housemate Matty and said: "I've just told Henry about our new pact and it's going to be smooth sailing."

Matty told Henry: "I'm sorry for it spilling out onto everyone else because that's not cool, it has been awkward these past couple of days and I do acknowledge that."

Viewers were left heartbroken for Henry.

One wrote: "I feel so sorry for Henry, Jordan is emotionally manipulating him as Jordan is constantly using Henry’s feelings against him."

Another posted: "I’m over Henry/Jordan/Matty. I like Henry and Matty separately with other housemates so take Jordan out of the equation please."

A third added: "I'm glad Jordan has stopped playing these games, it's not fair on any of them."

Earlier that evening, Jordan shut Matty down after he tried to have another honest conversation with him.

Chatting to Jordan in the bedroom, Matty said: "I didn't realise how stressed out I've been.

"I have to always think about monitoring my behaviour...like can I sit with Yinrun, Trish and Henry, can I not?," which prompted Jordan to apologise.

Matty continued: "I feel isolated from the group and left out.

"I can't honestly do another cycle of we become friends again and then we don't.

"Not being able to speak to anyone about how I feel and it's all just come to a head today.

"I feel isolated, the hot and coldness was really getting to me."

Jordan then admitted that he was also "struggling" as battled with his emotions.

The legal professional said: "Of course I'm struggling because I don't know what it is, I don't know how I feel, I don't know what it is."

Fed up of the back and forth, Matty asked: "Do you want to hear it come from me?"

But Jordan insisted: "I'd rather live with some delusion," but Matty added: "Don't you think this delusion is hurting both of us?"

Jordan replied: "No, because I know the answer. If I look deeply enough I know the answer, I don't need to hear it said I allowed.

"I know what the problem is and the only solution is detachment and that's cool. I don't need to hear it rubbed in my face."

Tonight saw Trish, Noky, Paul and Dylan face the public vote.

Paul and Dylan were given the boot and exited to boos and chants from unhappy fans.
