BILLIE EILISH has sung about loneliness and heartbreak on her two hit albums, but there may finally be a change of tune on her next record.
That’s because I can reveal things are heating up with a new man, celebrity tattoo artist David Enth, who has joined her on a series of dates.
I’m told the pair have been spending time together in Los Angeles, where they were both born and raised, and have quickly grown close.
And David’s love of tattoos has clearly rubbed off on Billie, who has just revealed a huge new one that runs all the way down her back, in a photo shared on Instagram.
A source close to the singer said: “Their romance is super low-key but they have been on quite a few dates.

“He is used to tattooing celebrities and he came highly recommended.
“They have really hit it off.
“David is very much her type because she likes a bad boy with face tattoos — her ex looked like an older version of David. It is all very new but they make a great couple.”
Billie previously had a seven-month romance with rocker Jesse Rutherford but they split up in May.
David has tattooed other celebrities including Lana Del Rey and The 1975’s Matty Healy.
Physical touch
In 2021 David revealed he had completed a medical degree at the University of Southern California but decided to stick to his artistic day job instead.
He said: “I got my degree in health promotion and disease prevention, which is a specific branch of public health that focuses on intervention and policy.”
But he found tattooing highly rewarding, and added: “It has and still is teaching me mindfulness and fulfils me in ways like when I worked as a student in the hospital.”
Everything I Wanted singer Billie is currently working on her third album in the US, following the success over the summer of her No1 single What Was I Made For?, which featured on the Barbie soundtrack.
Earlier this year she spoke about what she looks for in a partner, and said: “My love language is just physical touch.

“Touching and cuddling and hugging — anything skin-related is a big thing for me.”
Given that David works with skin every day, he could just be her perfect match.
Kylie is a Choo in
SHE has been busy promoting her No1 album Tension so it’s good to see Kylie Minogue finally having a sit down.
The Aussie singer struck several poses in a Jimmy Choo/Jean Paul Gaultier campaign, ahead of her return to the stage in Las Vegas.
She is in rehearsals for her residency there which kicks off in a fortnight and there may be more good news on the horizon.
The nominations for the Grammys will be announced next month and Kylie has been entered in five categories including Song Of The Year for Padam Padam.
She’s been nominated five times before but only won once, when Come Into My World was named Best Dance Recording in 2004.
It will be amazing if she can repeat that success two decades on.
Anitta’s Dam sexy release
BRAZILIAN star Anitta has teamed up with the frontman of Eurovision-winners Maneskin, Damiano David, for the video to her new single Mil Veces.
Speaking about the visuals for the track, out today, she said: “This video is really sexy, dynamic, and has a beautiful aesthetic.
“Working with Damiano, who has become a true friend, was incredible.”
Other tunes out today include Will.I.AM and J Balvin's collaboration Let’s Go, The Kid Laroi’s Too Much with Jung Kook and Central Cee and Bryn Christopher's High.
On the albums front, the Rolling Stones lead the charge with Hackney Diamonds, while Cher has dropped her festive collection Christmas and newcomer Maddie Zahm has released her debut, Now That I’ve Been Honest.
Becky's all smiles
BECKY Hill's career is going from strength to strength and now she’s heading out on her first arena tour.
She will kick off the jaunt at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow on October 12 next year and play nine dates across the country, with tickets on sale next Friday at 10am.
In an exclusive chat, Becky told me: “For my entire career I’ve been giving this ‘girl next door, see you in Wetherspoons’ vibe and now I’m approaching 30 I’ve grown into a woman.
“I want to reflect that in my music and my image. It’s time I step out of my self-deprecating, scared of everything twentysomething and step into the confident, collected young woman that I am. I’m excited to embody this best version of myself.”
Empowered by her fans, the Crazy What Love Can Do singer wants to emulate dance legend Eric Prydz's live shows with her own concerts and has been inspired by Sam Smith's recent Gloria Tour.
Becky, who performed in the Radio 1 Live Lounge yesterday, added: “I went to watch Sam’s show not so long ago at The O2 and I loved their giant gold body laying across the stage.
“I definitely think I should watch Eric’s Halo show before I start planning mine though – it’s one of the best visual shows on earth.”
Madge's comfort zone
IT is no wonder Madonna has been arriving late on stage at London’s O2 Arena – she has been living it up backstage.
I’m told she has transformed the area into a home-from-home, even shipping over furniture.
A source said: “Madonna has practically recreated parts of her New York home backstage at the O2.
“She has had her own furniture included and that gets set up backstage, like she’s at home.
“Madonna also has landlines fitted, rather than using a mobile, and has dehumidifiers everywhere to make sure the conditions are perfect for her voice. She has been living in luxury there – it’s like she’s still at home.”
I’d be putting my feet up, too.
Rylan up for Prime Minister
KANYE West tried to become the US President and now Rylan Clark has thrown his hat in the ring to become the UK’s next PM.
The telly host reckons he has what it takes to follow Rishi Sunak, but believes Britain needs to ditch political parties to get the nation working for everyone.
Speaking backstage at the PinkNews Awards in London on Wednesday, Rylan, who hosted the event, said: “The first thing that I’d enact is partyless politics. We’d get rid of Labour, we’d get rid of Conservatives – we’d get rid of every single party.
“We’d have a Prime Minister who is voted for – which is obviously me – and then MPs are selected from any party. Out of all the MPs, they come into Parliament, and everyone can have it out, because it’s better if we work together.”
