ICELAND shoppers can score free food this half term if they spend more than £20.
Those hoping to nab the deal need to be signed up to the free Bonus Card scheme and scan the card at payment.
This will allow customers to choose a free item from Iceland’s easy tea products – including big brands Birds Eye and McCain.
Executive Chairman of Iceland Foods, Richard Walker, said the promotion is aimed to relieve parents' wallets during school holidays.
“While half-term is an exciting time for families when kids get a well-deserved break from school, we know it can also put additional pressure onto household budgets," he said.
"That’s especially true in October, with Christmas wish lists now firmly on the horizon."
Products on offer include Birdseye Chicken Dippers, Birdseye Crispy Battered Fish Fingers, and multiple Goodfella's pizzas.
Bargain hunters who spend more than £40 in store will qualify for a free VIP pass by Day Out for three months.
This pass can provide more than 1,000 discounts on zoos, theme parks, cinemas and restaurants.
The deals run until 5 November.
