A tech superstar who has made headlines for his mission to achieve optimal health and reverse the ageing process now claims he has regained the penis function of a teenager.
Tech mogul Bryan Johnson, a 46-year-old biohacker obsessed with anti-ageing, has claimed to reverse ageing in his penis by 15 years through a "painful" shockwave therapy. Johnson, who spends $2 million annually on various anti-ageing treatments, discussed his unconventional approach on the Diary of a CEO podcast.

The shockwave therapy involves using a wand that administers acoustic technology to create "micro-injuries," similar to workouts, prompting muscle rebuilding. Despite describing the treatment as a 7/10 on the pain scale, with the tip being a 9/10, Johnson expressed satisfaction with the results, stating his subjective experience was as if his penis had become 15 years younger after two months.

Elon Musk makes history by becoming the first person in the world to lose $200bnJohnson said on the podcast: "There’s this technology — you have a wand and you sit in a chair and the technician uses the wand and basically shocks your penis through acoustic technology. It’s a technology that has a broad range of applications, and it’s also used for erectile dysfunction."
In addition to combating erectile dysfunction, Johnson monitors the impact of the therapy on his nighttime erections, considering them a meaningful health indicator. He showcased a small sensor device he attaches to his penis to measure the duration and strength of his erections for about 3-5 nights every month. Johnson emphasized that nighttime erections reflect psychological and cardiological health.
Johnson said: "I have been shocked by the results. I’m now two months in. My subjective experience is as if my penis has gotten 15 years younger. People are not familiar that nighttime erections are actually a meaningful health indicator."
Currently, his average nighttime erections last around two hours and 12 minutes, matching his chronological age. However, he aims to achieve the level of an 18-year-old with three hours and 30 minutes of nighttime erections.
Bryan Johnson's anti-ageing regimen includes an extreme diet, exercise routine, and taking 111 supplements daily. His goal is to make all major organs, including his brain, liver, kidneys, teeth, skin, hair, penis, and rectum, function as they did in his late teens.
